About Soberdogs Recovery
Soberdogs Recovery is a recovery network created to get accurate information about addiction and recovery out to the world. Soberdogs is committed to helping people connect with others who have gone through similar struggles.
Soberdogs was originally founded in August 2017, by Kyle Ruggeri (CARC). In October 2018, Soberdogs was expanded to Soberdogs Recovery. The website soberdogs.com along with social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest was added to the Soberdogs network along with the Soberdogs YouTube Channel.
Every person and every recovery program is different. Getting firsthand accurate information from people who have been there and know the misery of addiction is a huge key to success for long-term recovery.
With any trauma or disease in life, people relate to other’s who have been through similar situations as they have. Soberdogs Recovery is dedicated to combining accurate addiction and recovery research and statistics with firsthand experience and knowledge from those who have lived it and found the light on the other side – RECOVERY!
Kyle is a Certified Peer Recovery Coach – CARC (Certified Addiction Recovery Coach). PEER recovery coaches are helping many people find their way to long-term recovery. Recovery Coach University is training recovery coaches online during the pandemic.
Narcan is saving lives every day. I think it is essential for any family that has an active drug user in their home to have Narcan available and know how to use it. I was certified in the use and training of Narcan in 2017 and again in 2018. Narcan is one of those things that is better to have and not need than to need and not have.
